Track My Label is a working platform behind a Bluetooth or cellular tracking label: arrival detection, a recipient page, stock and reuse rules, and the alerts either side of it. If you make or distribute tracking hardware, it is the part your customers keep asking for and the part nobody wants to build.
Hardware vendors sell a device and an API. What a shipper actually wants is to know the parcel arrived, and to have told their customer before they had to ask. Everything between those two things is a year of work that does not appear on a datasheet.
A double geofence with a dwell window, accuracy-aware verdicts, and a deliberately high bar to claim arrival against a low one to withdraw it. One false alarm and nobody trusts the next alert.
A link in an email, no app and no account. It shows where the parcel is, says when it arrived, and takes the confirmation. Tracking stops at the door rather than logging somebody's home address indefinitely.
Stock, ordering, a serial register that fills itself in, reuse rules across three identifiers, detach, and arrival diagnostics for when a delivery does not register. None of it is interesting until it is missing.
Set out plainly, including the parts that are refusals. An arrangement like this is won or lost on the terms rather than the demo, and you should be able to see ours before spending an hour on a call.
Track My Label runs in production today and ships real parcels for real customers. The partner arrangement described above is a commercial position, not a product you can buy this afternoon — the account hierarchy behind it is built to order, once there is an agreement worth building it for. We would rather tell you that now than let you find out after a procurement process. If that is the wrong stage for you, say so and we will come back to you when it is not.
A few lines is plenty. What you make or distribute, roughly what volume, and which part of this you are actually interested in. It reaches the Track My Label team and you will get a considered answer, not a sales sequence.
We will use what you send to reply to you and, if it goes anywhere, to record the enquiry in our CRM. No newsletter, no list, and nothing passed to anybody else. How we handle data.
